What is the best way to describe my skills on a job application?

I'm going for a job as service advisor. I fill in some sections that describe my skills relevant to the function. Communication. Planning and organizing, teamwork and leadership. Where can I find good examples of what people had already put in applications? The job is for a brewery in the United Kingdom in the Ministry of Finance. Income and control orders, customer requests. I will not copy, I just want to have an understanding of how best to show my skills. I am educated Superior (Interactive Multimedia) have waorked as an insurance company, Year 2, subscription applications and experience. Sales and Rental Manager 1.5 years. quality control inspector. Personal hobby. (Order No.), hiking, camping, fishing (Carp), Squash, tennis, internet games, Poker, Web Design, conduct, reading, socializing. I hope you can point me in the right direction.
