ea grandslam tennis vs virtua tennis 2009?

which is the better or actually more realistic tennis game? the cartoony graphics of the ea game kinda scare me but ive heard the gameplay is pretty good and realistic. virtua tennis 09 looks a lot better but they dont have the licenses for the tournaments and gear the ea has…
so any ways im just wondering which ones the better game for a realistic experiance (i actually play tennis competitively)

I have both games and grand slam tennis is better. Don’t let the cartoony looks fool you. There actually very nice and the game-play runs very smoothly with a great frame rate. That’s where virtua fails. virtua may look more realistic but the frame rate is very jumpy. Sometimes the ball just suddenly moves from 1 side of the court to another leading to failed matches and im not sure if there is 1 object that doesn’t look jagged. Everything has spikes unlike in grand slam where its all smooth. Of course grand slam has it bad sides as well. 1 of them is the you have to press a to lob and b to drop shot but all other shots are controlled with the wii remote. Both games suffer from medicore AI so i recommend using the nunchuk to move your player .but i have noticed the AI in grand slam is slightly better.( its your AI which suffers not your opponents. ) Grand slam has ALOT offically liecensed items and places which is so cool. Wearing offical Lacoste cloths in the wimbledon final gives you such a cool realistic feel, somehting which Virtua lacks. Also Grand slam has the best online ever with 99 percent no lag at all. ( i got some lag when my signal strength droped to 1 bar.) Oh and most importantly Grand slam tennis is realistic. ( not ultra realistic though because you have to press a to do a lob.) Grand Slam tennis is the best tennis game i have played in my life. Its just so fun and you break into a sweat. It also take count of the calories your burning. If your looking for a game to try out wii motion plus before wii sports resort comes out this is it. Wii motion plus really does give you that 1:1 feel.

    Bottom line:

Grand slam tennis : 9/10. Good: This game plays and runs smoothly and its cartoony looks only add to the charm. Great multiplayer and a huge amount of liecensed content. Bad: The fact that you have to press a to do a lob and that your AI is medecor stops this game from getting a 10/10.

Virtua tennis: 7/10: Good : All the good thats in this Ea Grand Slam just improves on. Bad :Terrible frame rate, jagged objects, players and pretty much everything really hurts this games realistic/fun factor. Medecore AI and less liecensened content put Ea Grand Slam tennis ahead.

P.S With grand slam tennis youll break into a sweat and not even notice it because your having so much fun. ( I play tennis in real life alot and GS is the closest youll get to the real thing.)

    YES NOLE IS IN GST
YEAHH THE GRAPHICS SUCK KINDA ON EA GRAND SLAM TENNIS
BUT IT HAS ALOT OF REALISTIC TOURNAMENT AND ON THE GRANDLSAMS U CAN PLAAY ON ANY OF THE COURTS LIKE FOR THE AUSSI U CAN PLAY FROM ROD LAVER ARENA TO COURT 20
AND FRENCH FROM PHILLIPE CHATIERE TO COURT 16
AND CENTER COURT TO COURT 20
    AND SAME WITH US OPEN
THE GAMEPLAY IS GOOD AND REALISTIC
THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT VT2009 IS THE GRAPHICS AND THATS PRETTY MUCH IT
IM WAITING FOR GRAND SLAM TENNIS
