    Don’t follow anything she said!
    That’s a continental grip … main usage – serve, volley, slice.
    The so call “extreme” that she’s talking about is somewhat of the correct eastern backhand grip, however it’s a bit off.
    The actual Extreme backhand grip is a little more turning …
    And there’s no such thing as hitting a high backhand, most of high backhand shot are hit with a backhand slice.
