PE Homework Help please?
I'm designing a PE lesson Part 3 for young children to my JSLA (Junior Sports Leadership Award). You need a warm-up, with a core activity, and a cooling session at the end. The games have to entertain children aged 7 to 10 years, they need to be fun to keep children occupied. The sessions must be original ideas around, such as throwing, which could later be integrated in rugby or leakage, to be used as an introduction to football. But games are not similar to sports recognized. We can use the equipment as bean bags, patches, footballs, tennis balls, rugby balls, cones and networks. Ideas? I'm really having problems with heating periods and sessions should be a game designed to keep children busy and interested. And they must make sense, as a skill you are training, for example, awareness, teamwork, and agility. Thank you for your help if you can.
