I lose confidence in tennis, please help.?
I am a good tennis player, not great but good. before yesterday I went to play ia tennis with someone better than him. Then I lost 6-0, 6-1. I play on the field wasnot clay court had good sand patches and holes. what my opponent do is cut the ball and when I got to get is who is out of control for my ball hit the net and some out, the bullets were too good, but not so bad. brick dust can badly affect the game of tennis and give the advantage to the player decides. I need help and advice
However, the clay courts you play on its shit lol, the courts should not have holes, because it is a unadvantage, if you want to increase the confidence back up, confidence, positive thinking because the majority of tennis is mental for the judge is going to play shots and if you are a slicer new stay clear just inside the baseline as you're ready for it, hope it goes well in his next match and the confidence will be a backup:) if you want me questions all hours and more just
