Thank you! I am a new squash player who played tennis for many years. As a result, I have what would be a continental tennis grip. Unfortunately, even though I hit the ball hard, my tennis grip prevents me from generating much power and accuracy with my shots and my grip often slips when I’m hitting the ball. The backhand is an even worse story because I wind up as if I were playing a tennis backhand. How do I fix this? Any help will be appreciated.

I find the racket feels weird when i shake hands with it but when i turn it my game is fluid…guess it maybe a question of what you are comfortable with…
