Forehand wrist?

Have a question on the forehand. When he succeeded, if my wrist or bending the back straight? In all educational videos I've seen, I've never had that question answered. But then I see the benefits in slow motion and I see this: http://www.tennis.com/uploadedImages/Your_Game/Instruction_Articles/Forehand/2006_04_17_open_stance_forehand_2.jpg (Your wrist is bent backwards) So my wrist should be straight with the racket or the slope? I can also snap the wrist forward when contact with the ball? I was struck forhands with many curves and power, but if I put my wrist like that I can improve? Thank you!

Hey there. I will be happy to answer your question for you. I do not see your video, but I'm sure he shows his wrist recline if it is a professional video game. The proper technique for all groundstrokes and volleys is to lock the wrist back. There is a spirit dead lock you, but only to double as you see the pros. One reason for this is that in a backcourt moving parts as possible. The power is in fact his arm, shoulder and weight change when you walk in the vaccine. The control comes from his footwork and shoulder turn and time. If you start to add movement of the wrist too, it becomes much more difficult to control the ball and you will see your pictures begin spraying everywhere. I'm not saying there are no vaccines that use of the wrist. His serves and overheads by using a supplement of wrist, for example. And sometimes they extend the entire width or lose balance or whatever and you will see people flick of a wrist once because circumstances prevented them from well to this end. But you should strive to hit your groundstrokes and volleys at the wrist after a constant as possible, so you can maximize your power and control, and minimize unforced errors and a wrist injury useless! I hope that answered your question.
